Kindly take note of our in-store and online return/exchange policy:
  • Zizi’s Fashion Consultants DO NOT offer cash/card refunds.
  • 1 week (7 days) return/ exchange policy from date of purchase
  • We are happy to exchange or offer a credit note on any item in its original condition (price tag still on), within 7 days of purchase
  • Unfortunately, absolutely NO returns or exchanges on knitwear or any SALE items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
 
How to exchange your purchase for online orders:
  • Email us at zizi.s@iafrica.com naming the product and explain why you would like to exchange your order.
  • We will arrange collection with our courier at the customers expense so please confirm collection date, time and address.
